Prefer a more hands-on approach when it comes to your event getting tagged? The participant photo sorter makes it easy to tag your images quickly and efficiently.
In your event page in your office site, click on the "Photo Manager" button at the top of the page, and then click on "Advanced Options" for the dropdown, and then click "Participant Photo Sorter". This will take you to a screen where you will see the first 35 images uploaded to your event. In the "Photo Filter" box at the top of the screen you can select which category you would like to sort as well as how many images you want to load per page. If you don't select a category the tool will take you through the entire event one page at a time in order of what photos were uploaded first.
Under each image you will see a box where you can add the tag(s) to the image you wish to add. Each tag should be on a seperate line. Commas or spaces on the same line will not seperate the tags.
Once you have finished adding the tags to the images on the page, click on the "Update Bibs" button and it will add the tags to the database and the images will be immediately searchable by the tags added.
Click on the ">>" button to go to the next page and continue sorting. Continue this process until you have finished sorting all of the images you wish to sort.
If you come across any images you wish to not have show up in the gallery for any reason, you also have the ability to "Hide" the images. Simply click the "Hide Photo" button under the particular image and it will remove it from the gallery.
