Backprint Payment Processing Provider Update

On of June 8, 2016 Backprint is switching merchant account credit card processing providers from Braintree to Chase Bank.

What does this mean?

It's a background change specific to which bank processes our credit card transactions. You and your customers won't see any differences with the way orders are processed. Your transaction fees are not increasing, and we still accept the same credit cards as before.

What do I need to do?

The first time you login to your admin site you'll be greeted with a billing information update screen. This is required to continue to your account.

Your card will not be charged when you update the info. Your billing info is securely stored for subscriptions and additional account services like wholesale orders, custom website design, bib tagging, branded image services, customer product artwork, and more. We bill accounts once per month for the previous month's services.

Is my billing information secure?

Yes. JP Morgan Chase employs rigorous security standards for all credit card information and transactions through it's merchant account services. Backprint also uses industry standard 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
