At this time, the only way to cancel an existing order is by contacting Customer Support. Orders are only able to be cancelled if they are in a "Waiting for QA" or "Adjust/Sent to DP2" Status. This will stop the order from being processed, and your customer will be refunded in full. Refunds will post within 3-5 business days from the time of cancellation.
Unfortunately, we are unable make changes to the products selected on an order after it has been submitted. The existing order will need to be cancelled so that the customer can place a new order for the correct product. This also applies to the quantity of an item as well. We ARE able to change the image selected on an order to a different image ID.
If you don't want the customer to have to place a new order, another option is to mark the current order shipped so that the customer is still charged (although it will not ship) and we can create a new wholesale order for the correct product. Please keep in mind, however, that this would accrue an additional wholesale charge. Feel free to contact Customer Support via telephone or email with any questions or concerns.
