A frequent customer service request is adding bib numbers to photos that are already tagged. (Customers can tag un-tagged photos in the lost & found on their own.) Here's how you do it:
1. Get the photo ID(s) from the customer that they want to add to their gallery.
2. Open up the Photo Manager for the event in your Office.
3. Search for the photo using the photo filters and then click [Update Photo].
4. Enter bib numbers and click the [Add Participant] button:
Now the photo will show up in both participant galleries.
