Your plan comes with email and phone support from us - just send an email anytime to email@example.com when you have general questions or call (817) 439-6328 Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST.
You also receive order support from us - simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org when you have questions regarding orders that have been placed (always include the order number).
Backprint has an end-customer satisfaction guarantee in which we will replace a shipment that was lost or damaged free of charge to you and your customer. We’ll process refunds, ensure special order requests are handled, upgrade shipping, and take care of any other fulfillment services. We just ask that you contact us with your request and communicate independently with your customer so there are no misrepresentations.
**Our policy is that end-customer interfacing is kept between the account holder and the customer. Because each account has a different customer service policy for their business, we ask that you do not direct your customers to Backprint Support (we’re here to help you help your customers!)
